Chicken-Bacon Patties

Ingredients

  • 300g ground chicken
  • 4 slices streaky bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons coconut or olive oil into skillet.
  5. Add patties and cook until browned.
  6. Serve warm with desired salad and buns.
